Customer Agreement

Thank you for joining the Redline Express Wash Club! By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Unlimited Washes
Your membership includes unlimited car washes for the registered vehicle — even multiple visits per day during regular business hours.

Vehicle & Membership Use
– Membership is valid for one vehicle per plan.
– We use license plate recognition (LPR) to verify your membership.
– Use of the membership on an unregistered vehicle is prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.

Billing Terms
– Memberships are automatically billed monthly using the payment method on file.
– Your billing date is based on your original sign-up date.
– Promotional pricing will revert to the regular monthly rate after the promotion ends.
– Failed payments will result in the suspension of membership until payment is updated.

Cancellation Policy
– You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date.
– Cancellations must be submitted in person or online.
– No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
– Membership will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Agreement Confirmation
By enrolling in the Wash Club, you:
– Confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms
– Authorize Redline Express Car Wash to charge your card monthly until canceled
